ZEISS EVO SEM now in our demonstration room

Our demonstration room offers a wide range of options for application testing and demonstrations. A ZEISS EVO scanning electron microscope with an Xplore EDX detector has recently been added to our existing equipment, which includes a Coxem benchtop SEM and high-speed cameras. Together, we will test your samples and find the right solution for your requirements.

Installation Zeiss SIGMA 360VP

New ZEISS SIGMA 360VP at Laboratoire Dubois in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
With this new electron microscope, the laboratory is expanding its analytical capabilities for high-resolution material and surface analysis, root cause analysis, and support for product development, industrialisation and quality testing in accordance with international standards.
