The smaller samples such as electronic components, nanotubes or nanoparticles become, the more difficult they are to handle. With Kleindiek’s outstanding mechanical systems, even the most challenging positioning tasks, wafer transfers and the bonding of fine circuit traces become possible.
Specialised systems for microinjection and custom-developed gripping systems are also available. You can carry out your micromanipulation using piezo-driven multi-axis systems, which can be controlled with ease via a joystick.
MM3A-EM - Micromanipulator for SEM/FIB
The MM3A-EM is a versatile, extremely stable and compact high-precision micromanipulator. It can be adapted to almost any SEM or FIB system available on the market. A range of attachable tools for gripping, injecting, measuring forces, etc. allows further functions to be added.
The encoder-controlled MM3E micromanipulator allows the piezo-driven gripper to be rotated through 360°, whilst a co-centric correction is applied to ensure that the object under examination remains within a small field of view.
