SPARC CL-SYSTEM

With the SPARC system, DELMIC is setting new standards in cathodoluminescence. A precise, 5-axis-adjustable parabolic mirror positioned between the microscope’s objective lens and the sample efficiently collects the photons emitted by the sample. The light is parallelised and coupled out of the vacuum chamber. Various modules can then be used. The SPARC system is used not only in traditional fields such as geology and materials technology, but increasingly also in areas such as nanophotonics and the life sciences. The SPARC system is available as the SPARC Compact, a cost-effective entry-level model.
